Are you the President of the Board of Administration of a common interest ownership community association that is a SCCA member? Have you ever wished you could sit around a table and talk to Board of Administration members from other associations and ask questions about how to solve some problem your association is facing? If so, we have just the thing for you!
SCCA hosts such a gathering from 10 a.m. until noon at the Cocoa Beach Public Library (550 N Brevard Ave, Cocoa Beach) on the second Saturday of every month. After you join the Forum, you will receive an advance email giving you the date, any change in location, and other information. Best of all, the Forum is open to all SCCA Association Member Presidents and it’s FREE.
Important note: We are on hold for in-person SCCA Presidents’ Forum meetings at this time due to the pandemic. Zoom virtual meetings are being arranged. Email our Secretary, Jackie Grant, if you would like more information about that.

1. You can print off the application form and fill it in by hand, or if you have Adobe Acrobat or the free Acrobat reader, you can fill it in on-line. To do that, use your tab key to move from one blank to the next. When you get to the check boxes, click with your left mouse button or use your enter key to put a check mark in any box you want to check before moving on. Then print out the completed form and submit it as indicated on the form. (While you can fill out the form on-line it must be printed out to submit. Your information DOES NOT come to us automatically.)
