Speakers: The Honorable Michael Cochran, Director, Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.  Mr. Cochran has been the Division’s Director since 2004. He was the Chief of the Division’s Bureau of Compliance from 2001 to 2004. He is an attorney-at-law and a graduate of Florida State University.  He was accompanied for this presentation by Mr. Patrick Flynn, Government Analyst II, with the Division.

Note:  Inasmuch as this program primarily involved simultaneous one-on-one conversations between meeting attendees and vendors with information about energy saving strategies, the event was not recorded.
